The Black Women’s Leadership Caucus is laying a wreath at the feet of the statue of Harriet Tubman, this Saturday at 10am, in honor of Women’s History Month. The ceremony will last about an hour and will include a reading of an original poem by poet Dfaye Anderson titled, “The One About Harriet.”   The statue is located at the intersection of 122nd Street, 8th Avenue, and St. Nicholas Avenue (on a small island).
