Students, guests, members of the Young Lords, and the original Black Panther Party filled the auditorium at Columbia University’s Miller Theater to listen to Professor Jamal Joseph read from his recently released book, Panther Baby, published by Algonquin Books, two Fridays ago.
Joseph was interviewed by Dorian Warren, Assistant Professor of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University. The Q&A session was followed by a dynamic performance by Harlem’s Grammy and Oscar nominated IMPACT Repertory Theatre (pictured above.)
