There is a rose in Central Harlem. Actually, there are quite a few roses and even more to be found now that Franz James is joining the growing number for florists in Harlem. Signs are plastered all over the windows in the commercial space of the Douglass Condos. If we are lucky Franz James will be open in time for Valentine’s Day. If not, there is always Mother’s Day.
