Grand Opening: Polished

We first happened to stumble across Polished a few weeks ago – around the end of spring/beginning of summer – when the weather was becoming perfect for unveiling the open-toe sandal collection. We wandered into the shop, accented with modern details, and discovered a boutique in the front and a nail salon in the back.

A quick glance at the price list informed us that manicures were going for $15 (a little on the pricey side for Harlem — or anywhere for that matter.)  Upon review of the recently launched website, we learned that Polished aims to provide a downtown upscale spa experience to uptown guys and gals. We also noticed that the specials appear to be a bit more competitively priced.

Has anyone been to Polished and can you vouch for their $15 manicure?  Is there a place that you think offers the best manicure in Harlem?
