The ASPCA took over Jackie Robinson Park on Sunday as an anti-Father’s Day celebration for neighborhood pets. The mobile units provided free or low-cost:

  • Spay or neuter procedure.
  • Rabies vaccine
  • Distemper vaccine
  • Nail trim
Up to 25 animals per day on a first-come, first-served basis can be serviced, and owners must arrive early to wait in line for intake – before 7:00 A.M.  A policy of two pets maximum per household per clinic day may be applied.

If you missed this event, there will be another one offered on June 27 in front of the Tuck it Away storage rooms W. 131st Street Corner of Broadway.
