Uptown Thursday Night kicks off with a Pre-Thanksgiving Food & Coat Drive for New York Harm Reduction Educators (NYHRE) on Thursday, November 19th. NYHRE is a Harlem-based non-profit organization devoted to promoting the health, safety and well-being of marginalized, low-income persons who use drugs, their loved ones and their communities. Uptown Thursday Night will feature multiple genres of music… dance classics, soul, disco, funk, reggae, Latin and rare grooves (where the Paradise Garage meets the Soul Kitchen) with Resident DJ Estefano-the-Recordman on the decks and very special guests each month.
