  1. As Chuck’s sister-in-law I had grown to love him as my own flesh and blood. Whenever we saw him he was always smiling and happy to see us. In the 15 years I knew him, I never heard him raise his voice. He was such a kind and compassionate human being. Our family has lost a beacon of light. Chuck will be dearly missed.
