With the focus on all the uber-luxury developments in Harlem, it is good to know that there are still affordable places for people to live in the neighborhood. Hancock Place is offering 44 rental units for households with incomes at or below 60% of the area median income, or maximum income for a family of four is $37,680. A little over half of the units will be studios and one bedrooms while the remainder will be two bedrooms. Rents will range from $523 to $723 a month.
