It makes me happy to know the number of yoga centers in Harlem. There hasn’t been this many since the 60′s to 70′s ; yes, there were a number of places (termed “old age” as opposed to “new age”), before the planned destablization of the area.
Now, if the practice could be extended to schools in the area, as an adjunct to phys ed, the difference in the kids would be remarkable.
