What’s new in Harlem? The Harlem Park to Park Initiative. A number of Harlem merchants have formed a merchants association in south central Harlem to encourage commerce that successfully sustains and promotes the community and culture of the village of Harlem and celebrates the neighborhood’s historic CHARM.
