The annual NYCgo promotion to drive visitors into Harlem kicks off tomorrow and runs through January 3, 2010. The end of the year campaign, which launched a week earlier this year, is intended to celebrate all that Harlem has to offer. A free shuttle will run every 15 minutes on Sundays from 12P-5P.
