The EBC tournament kicks off June 15 and runs through the end of the summer, with games played Monday-Thursday on the famed court at Harlem’s Rucker Park at 155th St. and Frederick Douglass Blvd.
The action starts around 4:30 p.m. and goes until 10. Admission is free, but arrive early to secure a seat.
If there’s one tournament for the casual fan to see, it’s the EBC at Rucker Park, which is entering its 29th season as the city’s flagship playground tournament.
“It’s the hottest ticket to summer basketball,” said EBC director Greg Marius.
“There’s always the possibility of seeing your favorite NBA player or celebrity. It’s free basketball, sports and fashion — the best experience you can get in one place, at one time, outside of the Garden.”
