Apparently UF fell asleep at the wheel on this one. We knew about the 75th Celebration but we didn’t follow up on it. Monday night rolled around and you could find us just Twittering away when suddenly all tweets start appearing about celebrities at the Apollo. Everyone from Prince to Fantasia was there according to a number of folks live tweeting from the event. I’m sure you will find a plethora of photos from this star studded event in every magazine and news wire online and on the the newsstand.
Sadly none of the honorees attended the post-event reception according to PR Maven Marvet Britto. They seemed to suffer from what she calls the ‘collect and go’ syndrome.
