  BicyTaxi NYC will offer free pedicab rides within 20 blocks of 125th Street beginning next month. Amir Chizic, owner of BicyTaxi NYC, is sending 10 pedicabs uptown to offer the free trips supported – at least for the first three months – by advertising.
