I couldn’t help but to notice the well manicured lawn of the Avalon Morningside Park while walking down 110th Street from St. John the Divine. The towers rise up into the heavens and offer views that stretch as far as Brooklyn on a clear day.
According to the website they are offering a special of two months free and one month broker fee on select apartments. There is a $1000 deposit required. Sizes range from studios to 3 bedrooms.
