I received an email a couple of weeks ago about the East Harlem Alliance of Responsible Merchants (EHARM) filing a suit against the city for a variety of reasons. All of this comes in the midst of falling prices in upper Manhattan. It seems that the association’s dissatisfaction came to head when a salt pile was “dumped” on East 127th Street.
