Now I am beginning to wonder who will be the king of wings in Harlem. Last week we posted “Winging it in Harlem,” a list of all the new wing places in the neighborhood. Let’s add another one to the flock. With the glut of wing places poppin’ up, someone is going to wind up just winging it before it is all over. Might be fun to have a U.F. wing throw down to determine who makes the best wings in Harlem.
