Scores of East Harlem residents who roundly rejected Mayor Bloomberg in the last election said yesterday they’re ready to back the billionaire in his third bid for office.
“I think that I’ve seen major improvements in this community in the past couple of years in terms of safety and especially education,” said Tamara Davis, 36, an elementary-school teacher who did not vote for Bloomberg in 2005.
“I will definitely vote for him” if he runs again.
Davis was one of many residents in Assembly District 68 – which encompasses East Harlem – who told The Post they’re ready to pull the lever for the wildly popular mayor.

bloomberg doesnt have a geniuine interest for folks of east harlem, and harlem. he’s allowed these mega devlopers to build over the areas as it folks aren’t even there. what more does this man have to do before residents get the picture? no 3rd term for him.
