Governors Island Preservation and Education Corporation (GIPEC) is currently accepting RFPs from organization for a program that will give artists work space in Governor’s Island year-round. The RFP also calls for a program that will allow for public exhibition of both works in progress and completed or commissioned work. The program is scheduled to begin in 2009.
