Do it for the kids

Looking for some activities to get the kids out of your hair before they head back to school?  NYC Parks and Rec has it covered.  This morning they had puppet shows in St. Nicholas Park.  Check out what else they have to offer:

SATURDAY, AUGUST 16TH, the NYC Department of
Parks and Recreation is hosting a Summer Children’s Series at the
133rd Street Playground at St. Nicholas Avenue from
11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.  There will be an obstacle course, face painting,
arts and crafts, tie-dying, and more.

CONTINUING SERIES:
Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM there will be
Playground Associates organizing sports, games, and arts & crafts at
the 133rd St. playground.
