I would of course like to attend the play with a friend or two, that’s $200-300.. not including dinner or lunch, and transportation.
I am really happy that it was decided to bring the play back, the messages in the play are profound and I think our young people could learn and benefit from seeing the play as well but not at the price of $100.
I absolutely love India Arie and feel that if her poetic and spiritual style and talent have anything to do with this play it will be awsome, I also love Whoopi she too will bring a lot to the play if not as performers but any contributions they would make.
so while the jury is out and your at the negotiation table in re to the play lets consider making it affordable for everyone, sometimes you get more bees with honey and I will bet that if you lower the price of the ticket you will get a response that is more that you could have imagined.
