With the emergence of hot night spots in Harlem, the owners of Sylvia’s don’t want to be left out of the fray. My homegirl called me the other day raving about how they have taken the extension of the restaurant used for large groups and catered events, called Sylvia’s Too, and turned it into a chic night spot.
