Senator Chuck Allen lll Scholarship Fund Has Fundraiser at N Harlem
Cornelius Jones, of the Lion king, Smokey Joe’s Café, and Flagboy and NYC Comptroller, the Hon. William Thompson, co-chair, along with Seth Andrew, headmaster and founder of charter school Democracy Prep in Harlem, will host Groove, Give and Get at chic n hot spot, N in Harlem on Wednesday, June 11, 2008, from 6-8pm to benefit the Senator Chuck Allen III Scholarship Fund. The evening will include a raffle, soul food tidbits and live d.j. Guests will shop, mingle and enjoy fun gift bags. N in Harlem, a popular boutique specializing in upscale clothing and products by top designers, is generously donating ten percent of all sales from the evening towards the scholarship fund. Tickets are $25 per person. N Harlem is located at 114 West 116th Street in New York City.
