Condo Conundrum on Curbed

Since quite a few of our readers are recent home buyers in Harlem, I thought you might be interested in the conundrum faced by a Curbed reader who is being offered a two bedroom, two bath lottery unit near Striver’s Row.


My thoughts:
I wouldn’t pay $450,000 to live on the top floor of a 5 story walk up. I did that for five years in Brooklyn and it wasn’t a fun. It can also cost you extra when you have deliveries made — and you will have deliveries made. The other amenities in this unit sound nice, but there are a few other missing factors that would make this worth the amount they are asking. Read the details over here.
