Beginning today bus riders on select routes in the city, including Harlem and Washington Heights, will be able to give the city’s MTA some feedback about the quality of their bus service. These buses will distribute report cards that passengers can fill out about their particular route. Passengers will be able to rate factors such as time between buses, handling, and courtesy. How would you grade buses here in Harlem? Do you have your favorite/worse bus routes? Anything to rant about on any of these buses? Chime in! Here’s a short list of busses that go in and out of Harlem:
M1, M2, M3, M4, M5, M7, M18, M15, M10, M11, M100, M101, M102, M103
Bx7, Bx6, Bx19, Bx15

M4 has the best schedule, along with the M2. Rating B+
Most underrated bus, M18.

The time between the M1 buses needs to be improved!
