No tenant yet for retail, but the mgmt agency has already turned away a food court. They dont want the trash and truck noise. Bank, Sleepy’s and similar retail would be ideal. The building is also hosting Whoopie Gberg’s arts/theatre group in the basement. This is why we get a 421-a for 10yrs.
