I urge people to find out where and when their local CAB (Community Advisory Board) meets. This is usually a board comprised of health care professionals, HIV peer workers, and patients who all meet one or twice a month to talk about programs that are available, volunteer opportunities, and new breakthroughs in research. Harlem Hospital has one every month. Everyone should do their part.
