If you are a regular reader, you know that we’ve been following the progress of what was originally slated to be Alma Thai in the poppin’ Viaduct Valley/Harlem Piers area. A reader has tipped us off that the name is now being changed to Talay and they are hiring waitstaff and managers via Craigslist.
No word yet as to whether this Talay is connected to the numerous Thai-Latin fusion places of the same name that are currently operating around norteamericana.

Funny because I saw this on the front door when I stopped by. When I started searching online for it last week I couldn’t find it. Good catch! The spot still looks off the chain!
