Not sure if you are collecting “sightings” but it seems that Karl Lagerfeld along with an entourage of others were spotted on 122nd street yesterday and today. Does anyone know what is going on?

Yes, I own a brownstone a few doors down and thought they were making a movie…several large movie type vans on the block. A local denizen shouted “what movie are you making” but the crew was silent…..now I know what it was all about. That brownstone was sold recently to a couple ……122nd is HOT, you are right about that!….

Lagerfield reunited with Claudia Schiffer after famously falling out some years ago. They were in Harlem shooting the new “twenties-themed” ad campaign for Chanel, slated for debut I believe this fall. The set location was a brownstone on 122nd street.

Hi! I live on 122 Street and I saw Karl Lagerfield tonight as I was walking with my groceries. I work in design so it was really cool to see him in Harlem!
