Go on, get to it. You still have some shopping to do, so go ahead and get it over with. Have a great weekend! Oh and check out today’s “Another Scoop” if you’re needing some ideas.

Isn’t it too bad society and culture does not place as much value on promoting and advocating land ownership or acquiring securities as it does on promoting debt or commercial products?
Screw commercialism of Christ. A real gift to a loved one is a round of stock (or at least 10 shares, acquired cheaply at any one of a dozen discount brokers).
Okay, unable to hang with that? Do anything but buy more crap. Buy a service for a loved one. A massage, a bowling lesson at Harlem lanes, a gym membership, dance lessons, a yoga classes, a dining night out in Harlem, something enriching and an exploratory experience with the potential for new discovery. But please don’t buy them more crap.

If you don’t own property, not a condo, not a coop, if you don’t own land, you should not be laughing.
Keep X-mas spending and you’ll never own land.

#3 I cannot believe you are so wasteful having spare parts lying around. Shame on you!
I made all my presents from East River mud and small chunks of broken asphalt.

Hey anonymous…
You’re right, Ill just sit at home and construct the few Christmas presents I plan on buying out of the spare parts I have lying around. You know, because between working full time and going to school I have time to learn the trades of toy building, knitting, and jewelry making.
Also, your insightful post has also inpired me to begin growing the produce and raise the livestock I need for a Holiday dinner in my small 2 bedroom apartment. Ill convert the second bedroom reserved for my baby into a hydroponic growroom/hen house.
Thanks so much for setting me straight!!!

No one said anything about spending into debt or spending irresponsibly.

tsk tsk, shame on you being part of the commercial industrial-spend-spend-go-into-debt complex.
