Riverside Theatre Presents “NuDance Festival”
A Three-Day Dance Festival Featuring New Works by the Next Generation of Dance

Riverside Theatre’s dance showcase, NuDance Festival, returns for its 6th year presenting three nights of spellbinding new dance by 11 promising choreographers, showcasing original and new work. Featured companies include the Asian choreographer Tze Chun and her troupe, the Tze Chun Dance Company , Corey Baker and Ballet Noir, Ginger Cox’s all-female group LiNK contemporary jazz dance company, AdrienCelesteFadjoDANCE, the Harlem-based Sidra Bell Dance New York, BernierDance, Urban Ballet Theater, Purelement with Lakai Worrell and Kevin Joseph, Gregory King’s BalletKING, Erica Essner Performance Co-Op , and HopeBoykinDance. The Festival also includes Choreographers in Creation, on December 5, an informal sharing of works in progress featuring new choreography by Sidra Bell and Cindy Bernier. Performances are Thursday–Saturday, December 6–8, 2007, at 8 p.m. at Riverside Theatre, located at Riverside Church, 91 Claremont Avenue at 120th Street. Tickets are $18.00.
