From the Inbox: Fifth on the Park Update

FYI, there’s an update on Fifth on the Park which you blogged about earlier this year –  

“Grey’s Anatomy” star, Chandra Wilson, recently bought a condo there (NY Post) and now the building is nearly half sold. The developers say it’s very popular among women buyers. . .

Also, nine out of the ten studios have sold, as noted in the NY Times recently.
