The Frederick Douglass Creative Arts Center is having an Open House for its fall cycle of workshops, which begin in October. Stop by the workshop to meet instructors and register for classes (you can also register online). The list of workshops, which include courses in Screenwriting, Children’s Television, and Acting, is here at the FDCAC website.

The FDCAC will also be staging an Entertainment Symposium on Sunday, September 30th from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. on opportunities in film and television. Bring any and all questions about opportunities in the entertainment field.
