Tonight’s Harlem Summer Stage event features singer Kaïssa and jazz trombonist Craig Harris, the composer of the Harlem-inspired TriHarLenium.
Kaïssa is a Parisian by way of the Republic of Cameroon, and currently lives in New York, so her music is truly worldly. She has sung with Cesaria Evora and Diana Ross.
Craig Harris is a prolific, avant-garde musician and composer who has played with Sun Ra, Lester Bowie, and Cecil Taylor.
