As I was walking to work this morning I noticed something other than the normal paper coverings and building permits on the door of the soon-to-come maroons. I had to find out what it was. Though I will be providing snapshots later this evening, basically this is what the door had. There was a rendering of what the restaurant is supposed to look like. It was a one angle shot showing the seating arrangement & the decor which consisted of some old-school black and white pics on the walls. There was also what looked like an official floorplan much like the one engineers & developers use. There was also a sign saying they were accepting reservations for large parties for the months of november and december. So it seems things at least have the appearance of progress in motion. Plan on December at the earliest.

They need to kick it into high gear if they are going to make a Sept. launch. I don’t think it’s ever going to open. We’ve seen a Starbucks get build faster then that spot.
