The Harlem Congressman made his rounds on Sunday proving that a politician never gets a day off.
After paying respect to Mr. Copeland (and getting a big plate of soul food to boot!) Congressman Rangel made his way down to Grant’s Tomb where WBLS legend Hal Jackson, broadcast live from the Harlem Week festivities.
