The service was so bad there, and the take-out so over-priced, I stopped going there years ago. The last time we had to wait over 30 min for our appetizer even though there were more staff than customers at the time. (Slow weekday)
We walked out. Didn’t even pay for our drinks. The lazy staff didn’t even notice we were leaving.
I won’t miss them at all.

I agree…As a Harlem resident now removed…I am deeply saddened by this news. I grew up around the corner and my brother currently works there…how sad….

For at least 40 years Reliable Catering has been part of the community followed by the Copeland Restaurant.
I am very sad to hear that the Copeland Family buisness is closing. This is great loss for the Harlem Community.
