New greenmarket, at East 99th Street between Madison and Park Avenues.
The greenmarket, which operated for the first time last year, is the only one serving East Harlem; the next closest is on First Avenue between East 92nd and 93rd Streets.The new market will sell fresh produce each Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., until the Friday before Thanksgiving, from various producers, including Migliorelli Farm of Tivoli, N.Y., Breezy Hill Orchard of Staatsburg, N.Y., and John D. Madura Farms of Pine Island, N.Y.

There is also a Farmers Market at White Park (106, between 3rd and Lexington) which operates on Sundays from 10-3.
