Free outdoor concerts overlooking the Hudson

Posted on June 7, 2007 by

The Riverside Clay Tennis Association is sponsoring a series of outdoor concerts throughout the months of June and July on the tennis lawn overlooking the Hudson River at 97th Street. The Series celebrates the fabulous park and represents the rich cultural diversity of the Upper West Side. Each concert begins approximately one to two hours before the sun sets and continues through shades of orange, red and purple. Bring your picnic basket and blanket. The RCTA tennis complex consists of 10 red-clay courts located in Riverside Park along the Hudson River Promenade at roughly 97th Street. Like all public courts, these are open to anyone (see Sign Up Rules for details about playing). Membership in the RCTA is not required to play.
