We aren’t called UPTOWNflavor for nothing. We have an update on the forthcoming Oklahoma Smoke BBQ on 145th Street. Although the outside still looks the same as the picture we posted in February, they have since added their menu to the papers taped to the windows — specializing in dry rub BBQ. No date as to when they expect to open but more than likely the new Langston residents will have one more place to choose from in the area. You can still get your fix of old fashioned porky rib goodness in the classic rib spot around the corner called Sherman’s.
