Chicken Wings and Boot Camp

boot_camp_alternatives.jpgI’m not talking about the chicken wings that you drown in hot sauce with a side of fries, I’m talking about your arms after a winter of eating comfort food. The heaviest thing you’ve probably lifted all winter were those chicken wings. Don’t think that I haven’t seen you out there on those warm spring days, wearing that now snug short sleeve top as you wave to your friends. I saw how you nearly slapped yourself silly with those chicken wings flapping around. Well, Summer is fast approaching and you’ll have to trade in your trusty camouflaging long sleeve shirts for tank tops before you know it.

No need to sit around and waiting for the new NYSC to open because you and those wings are going to boot camp. That’s right, boot camp. Mind Body N Socials in association with True Control Fitness (the urban boot camp folks) will pay you to tighten up those flabby arms. Okay, they won’t pay you but you can get a discount if you register through MBNS. Details are below:

This is a 6-12 week Boot Camp that includes 4 day sessions a week, for 1 1/2 hours. Consultation, fitness assessment, functional training, extensive cardio drills, teamwork, and nutritional advice is included. They offer morning and evening classes.
