With the first vestiges of spring upon us (75 degrees in March!) it is time to start stripping away those winter layers (literally and figuratively) and get back into summer shape. What better way to do it than by walking through you own neighborhood? Each week from the middle of April to the middle of October the East Harlem tourism board will be offering FREE walking tours of El Barrio. Plus, walking is a great way to burn off the calories consumed from scarfing down the yummy treats that you pick up at the Savoy Bakery and the East Harlem Cafe.
Saturdays | April 14 – October 13 | 3:00 PM

IT IS NICE TO KNOW THAT EAST HARLEM HAS A TOURISM BOARD, BUT SAD TO SAY EVERYONE DOESN’T HAVE A COMPUTER TO SEE WHAT IS HAPPENING AND MISS OUT ON THE FUN.
SOME OLD FASHION FLYERS AND PUBLIC ANNONCEMENTS WOULD BE SO REFRESHING.
