The West Harlem LDC consists of a group of community representatives including local residents, businesses, elected officials and members of Community Board 9. The LDC’s mission is to work collaboratively with the West Harlem community to develop a Community BenefitsAgreement with Columbia University that is reflective of the community’s needs.
