Pier 2110, the Manna's Korean folks. Rao's the Mob, and Rack & Soul-Micheal Eberstadt, first class prick, got his money from the Harlem Economic Empowerment Zone to start Slice of Harlem and Bayou, a Jewish Boy knows how to use Harlem ear-marked resources!

Anyone Black like Carl of Amy Ruth's, etc. nominated? Or are the Harlem Candidates all non-Black owned places? Cracks me up how folks think the best BBQ in Harlem is Dinosaur...more white folks.

Let's be honest, Rao's and Rack & Soul are barely in Harlem. Hey, it's not a Black, thing...that little Italian joint on 119th and 5th is great (ran by Italians, the real deal).

Wouldn't it be cool if an actual BLACK owned joint in Harlem like Creole made the cut? Truth? It's about who's got the best PR resources and team, not the best food.
