i cant get into that same ole curbed back and forth. so i’ll post my thoughts here…i’ve been in these places and they really are beautiful. would be triple the price down town.
i think you have to already live in harlem, or be very open to the harlem market/lifestyle. but if you are, and you have that money to spend, then it’s a great development.
