If you’ve paid attention to the newstands lately you will notice that Time Out New York has presented their issue “The Real Cheap Eats“. As Gothamist pointed out it seems to be an effort to one up the recent issue of “Eat Cheap” by NY Mag which caused quite a stir with Chowhounds.
Although there are more than a few places in Harlem where you can get a decent meal for under $20, here are their best picks.
